The Mac camera reads your posture and shows a live score in the menu bar. If the score stays low, it can send a macOS notification.
Camera analysis happens entirely on your Mac. No video leaves the machine. Calibration and alert settings stay on your device only.
It lives in the menu bar.
Grant camera access and leave it. If your Mac has more than one camera, you can choose which to use. It stays out of the Dock.
A score from 0–100, with color in the menu bar. Calibrate once for your baseline; you can redo it later.
You can turn alerts off, or change the score threshold and the gap between them.

There is no history screen. The useful part is the live score, and the moment you sit up.
Uses Apple’s Vision framework
Calibration, alerts, and camera choice are stored in standard macOS preferences, and can be reset in the app.
