Premium includes 100 AI diary generations per month, access to photos from the past year, and 20 different writing styles.
Troubleshooting
Why can't I see all my photos?
Please ensure you've granted photo library access in Settings > Privacy > Photos. The free plan shows recent photos only.
The AI diary doesn't match my photo. What should I do?
AI interpretations can vary. Try regenerating the diary or editing it manually to match your memories.
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try closing other apps, restarting the app, or restarting your device. If issues persist, please contact support.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
- 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- 2. Tap your name at the top
- 3. Tap "Subscriptions"
- 4. Select "Smart Photo Diary"
- 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: You can continue to use premium features until the end of your current billing period.
